This album was an experiment in minimalism and in keeping the composition and performance very close to the source; that is, I'd jam until I had an interesting riff, and then generally add just enough instrumentation to make it a "song", but no more. The music is very close to it's original inspiration; I didn't do demos for the songs; each recording is the original recording of the song (except as noted). It ended up being a quiet suite of songs, well suited for night driving, I think.
